Servitech listing order



Is there a way for our techs to have their daily work orders listed in the order they are running them on the tablets?

There a two options to use on work orders for sorting: the time or the sequence#. The system gives priority to the sequence#.

You can edit the sequence# from both the Open Work order listing (by clicking the Edit button at the top) or from the Schedule grid on the right side listing.

If the sequence#s are used it will sort the list accordingly. If the sequence#s are all zeros, it will sort the list by date/time.
